All Cougar Shoes products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of six months from date of purchase.

We stand behind our products and any concerns regarding your boots or shoes are important to us.

Cougar Shoes ‘Always Waterproof’ products are guaranteed to resist leaks under normal wear and tear for six months from the date of purchase. This warranty is not extended to laced openings, zippers, misuse, negligence, accidents, exposure to chemicals or extreme heat.

An item will be considered defective if received by you in an imperfect condition or if there is a subsequent manufacturing defect within six months of purchase.

Wear and tear and fit issues are not considered to be manufacturer’s defects.

All returned items are inspected by our Technicians to confirm if they have a manufacturing defect.

An itemized receipt demonstrating proof of purchase is required to initiate a warranty claim.

The first resource for any issues with your Cougar Shoes products is the store you originally purchased your footwear from.

If you purchased your footwear in a retail store or another online store, please contact them directly. If they are unable to resolve your issue please complete and submit the Warranty Claim form below. Once we receive your warranty claim information our Customer Care Team will contact you within 10 business days.
