Subject to the below conditions and exclusions, footwear is protected against defects in materials and/or workmanship.

For footwear, our warranty policy is 6 months from the date of purchase*.

Conditions & Exclusions

The warranty offered by Cougar Shoes Canada is non-transferable and does not cover damages arising from dye transference, accidents, misuse, or any alteration, service, or repair.

How to Make a Claim

We hope you’re happy with your purchase, however if you feel that the item you purchased has a manufacturing defect, please contact cs@cougarshoes.ca to discuss the issue(s).  Please include proof of purchase, a description of the problem with item(s), as well as some images of your item(s) that will help expedite the process of reviewing any warranty claims.

Please be sure to include the following images:

• Images of the fault(s)
• Both footwear together showing the uppers
• The sole units of both footwear
• An image of the inside of the tongue label on the footwear (We will need this as we require the factory detail which is printed on the inside of the tongue)

*Warranty only applies to products purchased at Cougarshoes.ca.
