Shani pull on winter boots

I had hoped that these gorgeous boots will last me many years and was shocked at what happened in such a short time span. Unfortunately, after wearing them for only 2 months (!), the shoe sole on one of the boots cracked and started separating from the heel, which caused the leather to deform. Every step you take you can feel the heel sinking. Furthermore, the bottom of the boot developed a crack as well. They were purchased from another retailer, Globo Shoes, whose customer service team was insanely unhelpful, as they did not provide me with any warranty resolution. It feels like I got scammed out of $150 and now don't have any waterproof winter boots to wear. Terrible experience.

I purchased mine from another retailer but I’ve had them for 3 winters now and they’re super warm, cute, and easy to pull on. I haven’t done taken great care of them and they’re still in great condition. I wear them walking around the city, in the city to the office, shovelling snow, and walking the dog.

These boots lasted me one year before they got a hole in the sole and started soaking my foot from the inside. The soles may look super thick, but they are completely hollow, so they will not take much wear and tear. I was wearing them for walking around the city in the snow in Ottawa. I would not recommend.
